Learn the basics of digital photography. Topics include resolution, digital controls, composition, lighting, and lens use, enabling you to make better photos.

Students delve deeper into composition, lighting, flash, and special equipment.
Manipulating images for printing or posting online are covered.
Prereq: Digital Photo I or similar experience.

Designed to educate students about their specific cameras, these weekly workshops will provide an overview of menus and usage for better control of your photographs. Some classes will feature information about different types of photographic genres such as travel and people photography.
These workshops are offered in conjunction with Colonial Photo & Hobby. You may register at either Crealdé or Colonial Photo & Hobby.

Held in conjunction with his Silent Voices exhibition in the Jenkins Gallery, Crealdé’s Photography Department Director and widely exhibited artist Rick Lang leads students on an exploration of what makes a “better” photograph and how to approach subjects to recognize their greatest photographic potential.
